If you work for one of the companies in our Preferred Employer Program, moving in gets a lot cheaper. Other than the U.S. Government employees, all other PE's will need to be employees in our State, county, or city. Colleges, universities, and hospitals will need to be in our city or county. In the case of roommates/guarantors, the app fees will only be waived for the ones that work, or are retired, for the PE's. The deposit will be one-half off if any of them work for a preferred employer.
